Be baptised in the Holy Spirit

Afternoon church family.

‘On the last, and greatest day of the feast Jesus stood and said with a loud voice “ If anyone is thirsty let him come to me and drink. Whoever believes in me as the scripture has said streams of living water will flow from within him” John 7:37

We need to be filled with Holy Spirit and power.

He knew the only thing that could satisfy their starving souls was the rivers of the living water flowing out of them. The person of the Holy Spirit flooding there soul.

He is saying to every generation you and I, come thirsty one, come needy one. I will give you a drink. He wasn’t talking about just a spring but rivers. Rivers mean plentifulness and the Holy is the river. Rivers of joy, peace, power to overcome in every area of life. A passion and love for Jesus that would overwhelm us, take our breath away to make us into something extraordinary for his use and purpose. Refuse to be an ordinary person. Why because we have an extraordinary God who makes extraordinary people by filling us with the extraordinary person of the Holy Spirit.

How thirsty are you. Have you been filled and baptised with the Holy Spirit. Begin to ask him
